Each workout is mapped out for you in a PDF format and comes with tutorial videos of each exercise as well as a FOLLOW ALONG video option for each workout!!

Proper core training isn’t just about working those abs. It involves exercises that improve your stability and strength from your shoulders to your knees. Each workout is mapped out for you and comes with tutorial videos of each exercise.
This program is a progression of the 60 Day Core Strength Program, and is focused on building foundational strength by focusing on functional movement patterns and includes:
15 workouts mapped out for you in a PDF format
Tutorial videos of each exercise
Bodyweight-friendly workouts (option to use weights)
Instructional videos for each exercise
There are 3 phases in this training program. You will repeat the same workouts for 3 weeks so that your body can master each move and you will be able to see and track your progress

Hi I’m Susie,
I was born and raised in Louisville, KY, and I love adventure and being outdoors. One of my favorite places is the Red River Gorge! My husband and I got married there and we continue to spend a lot of time there rock climbing and eating my favorite pizza (Miguel’s)! I also love Jesus, the beach, traveling, music, bonfires, red wine, and spending quality time with family and friends.
In 2004, I promised my mom I would always make my physical health a priority. I soon found out that I loved working out and and wanted to share this passion with others. I spent years learning about nutrition and exercise, and had a growing desire to help others improve their health and quality of life. When I met my husband Jeremy, he gave me that extra push to get certified! I am now a Certified Fitness Trainer and a Pre- & Postnatal Fitness Specialist. I have been teaching classes at a local gym for several years and then decided to branch out into personal training.
I coach outdoor group classes in the warmer months, offer online coaching programs, and do in home personal training for women who want more accountability and customization. I would love the opportunity to work with you to achieve better physical health and fitness.
